Once you use this website to make a payment, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website, to purchase our products. Licesuk Pty Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions, and if you use this website now or on subsequent visits, you agree to be bound by such conditions, modifications, alterations, or updates. All orders processed are subject to these terms and conditions below, despite any conditions of the customer or mentioned elsewhere on this website, unless specifically agreed by Licesuk Pty Ltd in writing. Once purchase has been completed, an electronic receipt will be sent via email
We are committed to the protection of your privacy. We will only ever use your personal information to respond to your request of purchase, allowing us to process payment and delivery of the purchased goods. We will never disclose or sell your personal information to any third parties. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We aim to provide the maximum level of security when you use our online products and services.
We use a third party company for all of our deliveries. Once payment via our merchant facilities has been completed (please allow up to 2 working days for this), delivery will be processed. All delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. We will aim to have your product delivered within 14 working days, from when payment has been processed. If for any reason, expected delivery exceeds these approximates, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, notifying of us the non-delivery and we will attempt to follow this up with the postal tracking system in place within 2 working days. We will notify you with an outcome as soon as reasonably possible.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We are not obliged to provide a refund, credit or exchange if you have:
- Changed your mind, decided you no longer want the goods or just don’t like them, or found that the goods are the wrong size or colour or
- Found you can buy the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price.
In the unlikely event that we supply you with faulty goods, then we will replace the goods or refund the cost of the goods and any delivery charge along with the cost of returning the goods to us. In this unlikely event, please forward the faulty goods to PO BOX 895, Modbury, SA 5092, Australia, with a description of the fault (you can also email us with this feedback at email@example.com), within 14 days from receiving the original faulty good. Once we have received the faulty goods back with the description of the fault, please allow up to 7 working days for this refund.
We are not liable if the fault results from incorrect use or dropping our product. Please refer to our website www.licesuk.com.au and the back of the packaging to see how our product should be used at all times.
Please ensure that your vacuum hose is suitable for our product, prior to purchase. Your vacuum hose must be the correct size for our product to fit into, suitable size diameter is between 32-36mm – generally this is a standard vacuum hose.
Please refer to also www.accc.gov.au for any further information on refunds and faulty goods.
You have 24 hours from the time of the order to cancel your order. You must send through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request this cancellation. You will be provided with a confirmation of the cancellation by email within 2 working days from receipt of your email.

We do offer other payment options, you can either send through a cheque to PO BOX 895, Modbury, SA 5092, payable to "Licesuk Pty Ltd", or alternatively do a bank credit/transfer (with your name as reference) into our account for the total amount payable:
